Inside, the plan is anchored by a generous great room, a series of light-filled kitchen and dining moments, and a sequence of hallways and transition spaces that were treated with as much intention as the primary gathering rooms. Rich wood tones, sculptural lighting, and strong stone selections give the house a composed, furniture-quality finish throughout.

Private spaces carry the same level of care. The primary suite and bath feel spacious and restorative, secondary bedrooms remain bright and comfortable, and specialty spaces like the media room, flex room, powder room, and service areas extend the design language without feeling repetitive. Every room was considered for both visual continuity and practical day-to-day use.

Outdoors, the project opens into a resort-like backyard with a pool, lawn, covered lounge areas, and an outdoor kitchen setup designed for relaxed Arizona living. The result is a custom home that feels equally suited to quiet evenings, family routines, and larger-scale entertaining.
